* Once the USPS scans in your package  we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

* If package states that it has been delivered and it has not, you need to call the usps and file a claim, we have no extra info and cannot file claims.

* Once a package has been accepted into the usps facility, we will have the same info your tracking number shows , we do NOT have extra info, for any questions please contact usps at 1(800) 275-8777.

* We apologize, as we do not offer express shipping at this time.

* ALL SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLES, USPS DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING COST TO OUR STORE.
